If your product has any quality issues, you can return it within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, whether purchased from fancyarnfurnitue.com, the Amazon store, or any authorized retailer.
Fancyarn Furniture provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible.
This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 60 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
● Returns must include all accessories.
● Items must include original packaging.
● For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
● For non-quality related warranty claims, Tiktech refunds the cost of the product itself.
● Returns may be rejected if items that do not meet the above requirements.
Refund requests for the 60-day money back guarantee expire 60 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 60-day window. For purchases not made directly through Fancyarn Furniture’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.
You need to contact us before requesting a refund. Every unknown refund request won't be authorized and approved.
ATTENTION: The solid wood frame, fabric, and leather are offered with a 1-year warranty. The glass and consumable parts are offered free returns within 60 days but are not applicable to the warranty policy.
How to return or exchange the product?
1. Please locate the order that needs to be returned or exchanged and request a return authorization. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
2. Fancyarn Furniture support will share the corresponding return address with you within 1-3 working days. The return address will be assigned according to your closest address. As such, don't hesitate to get in touch with customer service to get the appropriate address for you before returning.
3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Fancyarn Furniture with the following information:
● Name of the carrier
● Tracking number
● For refunds, we will process the refund within 3 working days after receiving your return package. The refund is expected to take 7 working days to be refunded to your account.
● For exchanges, we will respond to your request within 3 working days. Once we receive your item, the new package will be shipped within 3 working days and delivered within 5-7 working days.
ATTENTION: Please keep the product in its original packaging. The returned items must be in original, saleable condition, and proof of purchase is required. If the package is damaged, we will refuse a full refund.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.
How are returns and exchanges charged?
Fancyarn supports free returns within 60 days. There is no extra charge for exchanges and returns within 60 days from the original purchase date.
Extended warranties
The U.S. site does not support extended warranties at this time.
