What Is It?
If you find a lower price for the same in-stock product on our official website (fancyarnfurniture.com) within 60 days of your purchase, let us know and we'll match the price for you.
Price Matching Process
If you find that the price of the same product on our own website is lower than the price you previously purchased, please contact our customer service representative (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will ask you to provide your order number and purchase date as evidence. If we can confirm your proof, we will match the price of the product you previously purchased.
Our price match policy ensures that you get the best price when purchasing products from Fancyarn Furniture. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service representative (email@example.com).
Product size, model, SKU, quantity, brand, name, material, and color must be the same.
The item must be available at fancyarnfurniture.com at the time of the price match request.
The item must be sold and the delivery service must be provided by fancyarnfurniture.com.
Resale purchases and delayed payment purchases for items that are currently out of stock will not qualify for price matching.
Price Match Criteria
We will match the price of the same item on our own website, including product size, model, SKU, quantity, brand, name, material, and color. The item must be brand new, unused, or defect-free and must be the exact same version as our product.
Send your request for a price match of the ordered product via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and provide a real-time link to the product displaying a lower price.
We will then review and verify the price match request. The credit adjustment for the price match will be reviewed and approved by customer service.
Requests will be processed after your item has been delivered and will be reflected in your order's final total using the payment method used.
We will send you a promo code for 10% off your next purchase with us if you find an issue. Some exclusions do apply.
We don't Match
Here are the circumstances under which we are unable to perform a price match:
Time limitations: We are unable to price match orders that are received more than 60 days after delivery.
Our price match policy is valid for 60 days after the purchase date. If you find a lower price for the same product within 14 days of your purchase, please contact our customer service representative (fancyarnfurniture.com) and we will do our best to match the price on your order.
Promotion type limitations: We will match the price of our own products listed on our website, including taxes, shipping, and handling fees. However, we will not match or beat the prices of other promotions or discounts, such as limited-time promotions, clearance sales, or discount coupons.
Product limitations: We are unable to process price matches for products that are purchased from channels other than our official website (fancyarnfurniture.com). We will match the price of the same product listed on our website.

2. Offers advertised as a percentage off or dollar off (e.g., “15% off” or “$5 off”)
3. Auction prices or those requiring memberships
4. Prices that cannot be determined independent of other items (e.g., Service Fees and shipping charges and so on)
5. Bundle offers, rebates, coupons, mail-in offers, offers that include financing;
6. Prices that require a minimum quantity purchase (such as wholesale prices)
7. Products listed as clearance, liquidation, special period/flash sale, or limited-time offers on the official website;
8. Damaged, used, or refurbished items;
9. Pricing errors;
10.Group-buying prices resulting from group-buying discounts
11. Black Friday, Cyber Week, and any special/holiday promotional events are not included;
12. Clearance prices, wholesale prices, and other related discounted prices from sales channels other than Fancyarnfurniture's official website.
